abstract = {The purpose of this paper is to 1) analyze forms of civic engagement in building ecological character citizenship through the “Masdulkabi Community” environmental awareness program, 2) knowing the obstacles in the implementation of the Masdulkabi program. The research method is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on citizen involvement in shaping the character of ecological citizenship through the Masdulkabi Community program are a form of concern for the preservation of the Baki river environment by involving local residents by carrying out work programs according to Masdulkabi's mission through garden maintenance, tree planting, and socialization and river conservation efforts such as protection, utilization and maintenance of rivers so that they will provide sustainable benefits to the environment.},

abstract = {This article aims to find out how the role of teachers as motivators in increasing interest in learning PPKn in students, to find out the obstacles to implementing the role of teachers as motivators in increasing interest in learning PPKn in students, to find out solutions that can be applied by teachers as a motivator in increasing the interest in learning PPKn for grade 7A students of SMP Negeri 03 Karangpandan. The methods in this article use qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques based on interviews and literature studies, then analyzed through descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the study are as follows: 1.) The role of the teacher as a motivator in increasing the interest in learning PPKn students is carried out through giving numbers, prizes, competitions, praise, punishment, givingreviews or evaluations, using varied methods, notifying learning outcomes; 2.) Obstacles faced by teachers such as learners talking to their friends, learners interfering with other learners, differences in the character of learners; 3.) Solutions in the form of teachers' understanding of the characteristics of students, directions given by teachers to students, teachers attracting the attention of students, teachers processing teaching materials and motivation so that they can be well received by their students. The conclusion from this article is the role of the teacher as a motivator for students to increase the interest in learning Civics in students, so that it is hoped that students can develop knowledge, attitudes and skills they are when learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) takes place, besides that teachers can also develop quality in PPKn learning in schools.},

In order not to abuse the ease of using science and technology. The purpose of this article is to discuss the role of Civics subjects in Strengthening Digital Ethics. This article uses a qualitative descriptive method using a case study approach, data collection is done by observation and interviews with Civics subject teachers. The results of this article indicate that in the digitalization era with technological developments affecting students, in facing the convenience of the digital era it is very important in strengthening digital ethics so that students hope not to abuse the use of these technological, information, and communication developments. The conclusions of this article show that along with Due to the low level of parental supervision, citizenship education plays an important role in strengthening digital ethics which is carried out through the Civics learning process in the classroom. abstract = {The purpose of this study was to determine the function of the behavior of local wisdom in the life of the community. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. This method is quite relevant to be applied in obtaining an overview of the reality of the behavior of the local wisdom of Nemui Nyimah applied in people's lives, knowing what factors hinder the application of the principle of value of mestii-nyimah in people's lives. The research results show that: a). abstract = {Online interaction exchange and intercultural issues have developed rapidly in the last century. As part of global citizenships, nations have several ways to build transnationalism, which can be seen in many countries collaborating, including in global education. The online interaction exchange has been mentioned as telecollaboration (Guth, S.,& Thomas, M, 2010; Belz, 2002; O’Dowd, 2018), e-tandem or tele-tandem (O’Rourke, 2007), Virtual Exchange (Lenkaitis, 2020, 2022), and intercultural virtual exchange (Dooly, M., 2021) is a part of the digital transformation of education. Parallel learners that consist of students and teachers from different countries and cultural backgrounds are integrated into one line through synchronous and asynchronous media (Belz, 2003; Dooly, 2017; O’Dowd, 2018; Lenkaitis, 2022). This article begins by reviewing intercultural virtual exchange (IVE) to develop global citizenship and analyzing the effectiveness and the weaknesses of IVE through several previous studies. Global citizenship is defined as acceptance, awareness, and sympathy for cultural differences while socializing universal values and sustainability integrated with others. However, several studies found that IVE has often been criticized for failing to produce the intended learning outcomes (O’Dowd, 2018), artificial and based on phatic interaction between students who lack curiosity about other cultures (Kramsch, 2014), and unconducive to genuine interaction and learning (Hanna & de Nooy, 2009). Compared with this, the effectiveness of IVE showed that learners could engage in authentic interaction with native speakers or with learners from other countries (O’Dowd, 2018), to give them first-hand experience of real intercultural communication (Hanna and de Nooy, 2009), and to gain global awareness development (Lenkaitis, 2018).},

abstract = {The younger generation currently has social media, statistical data stated that 87% of Indonesian children aged 13 years have used social media. This triggers the young generation to become vulnerable to the spread of hoax news. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen digital skills, one of which can be done in learning activities at school using infographic learning media. Making infographics requires basic knowledge of information search engines, and how to use and choose words that are indicators of digital skills. Data collection in qualitative research is by observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that infographic learning media as a strategy for strengthening digital skills is very effective, which is indicated by students' skills in using digital media in finding information, and how to use and select data in making infographic media. However, what needs to be emphasized is that this strategy is effective if the availability of school facilities and infrastructure supports digital learning activities.},

The purpose of this study is to find out how to strengthen civic knowledge to increase awareness of traffic law for high school students and obstacles in Pancasila and Citizenship Education as an effort to increase traffic legal awareness of high school students. The research method used is qualitative while data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. abstract = {This article aims to analyze the application of the Google Classroom application as a learning medium in increasing the interest in learning KDP students in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a qualitative type of research. Thedata collection technique in this study used interview techniques and literature studies. The results showed that the application of google classroom application asmedi a learning can increase minat learning KDP students. This can be proven through the results of interviews from 4 sources studied, 3 sources say that google classroom can increase interest in learning KDP because the delivery of material carried out by teachers is not only in the form of written material, but also in the form of power points and videos ofcreative and interactive ran learners and the availability of discussion spaces that can make students more active to exchange opinions. In addition, there are still severalobstacles faced by teachers and students such as the lack of use of google classroom features, unstable internet connections and others. Therefore, teachers need to learn and add insights related to the features available in Google Classroom optimally and students can find a smooth and stable internet network before learning is carried out.},

abstract = {The purposes of this research is to find and explain: 1) The multicultural values possessed by students in elementary schools; and 2) The role of teachers in the practice of multicultural education in Citizenship Lessons in Elementary Schools. The research method used is descrisptive qualitative methode, which is based on a case study at SD Negeri Luwang 01, Sukoharjo Regency as the main object of the research. The results are: 1) Students at SD Negeri Luwang 01 lack multicultural values, especially the valus of respecting differences; and 2) Teachers at SD Negeri Luwang 01 should be able to contribute to practical multicultural education in Citizenship Lessons, by providing examples of behaviors and habituation. The conclusion is that teachers must have a strong role in realizing practical-multicultural education in the elementary schools evironment, so that students can practice multicultural values well in various environments where students interact.},

abstract = {This study aims to examine how the rights of students in the policies of the ministry of education and culture are related to the online learning process through zoom meeting. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. This research is limited to students. This study wants to know and analyze the rights of students in the law number 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system. This study seeks to find challenges and problems in fulfilling the rights of students regarding Citizenship Education in the online learning process through zoom meeting. The policy of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) is stated through a joint decree (SKB) of the Four Ministers which was issued on August 7, 2020. The results of the study indicate that the rights of students contained in law number 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system have not been fully fulfilled because there are still facilities in the online learning process through zoom meeting used by students not facilitated by the ministry of education and culture. (Kemendikbud) such as laptops and android phones. Meanwhile, the facilities provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) such as internet quotas for students are useful for the online learning process through zoom meeting.},
